Contact

We're a small operation based in Perth, Western Australia. You're emailing a person here, not a support queue.

A few things worth knowing before you write:

• You can email us directly at hello@untense.com.au if you'd rather skip the form.
• Asking about an existing order? Include your order number and we'll get to the answer faster.
• Planning a workplace or multi-item requirement? Include your organisation, the product or category, quantity, delivery postcode and required timing. We'll confirm what can be supported before you commit.
• Not sure whether something suits your setup? Tell us a bit about your desk, your chair, and how you actually work through the day. We'd genuinely rather talk you out of the wrong product than sell it to you and deal with it later.
